I had a wonderful experience at Shadelands. The PT & OT staff were so helpful in getting me ready to go home, especially Lavina Chawla who helped me build the strength and confidence I needed. Everyone working there were so caring. I really enjoyed the entertainment and activities also.
Facility is clean and you walk into facility greeted warmly by Administration. You go to a clean private room and service begins immediately. The staff here from housekeeping to the top blow you away. They work as a team with class and good manners. Your human dignity is protected, and the PT and OT staff just blow you away helping you regain your independence. The reality of what makes Shadelands a great facility is definitely the staff, who work together as a team and have good knowledge of their job and treat the patients with class and dignity. The food is appreciated as it is served with variety and very fresh. It takes a village to make a village with good people. You have that here. Plus a clean facility and I am glad I had the opportunity to recoup here. Thank you
The staff is wonderful, very caring, cheerful, and professional, all of them, CNAs, RNs, PTs, OTs, administrators. The Physical and Occupational Therapists are superb, and really help the healing process. Very clean, bright, and comfortable facilities. The meals are remarkably good with a lot of variety.
after 6 stays here at shadelands i can honestly say the staff, both CNAS, admin and activities have made my healing here happen much more quickly. aside from being competent, the staffs have a spirit of joy and laughter and aid the healing process. The activities program have helped shadelands have a reputation of being THE BEST place to come if you are serious about healing
