My mom has been here for over a month. I am very pleased with the place. It is impeccably clean and the nursing staff is wonderful. Shoutout to CNAs Wendy and Alyssa who are exceptionally caring and kind. The food is great and very different from most hospitals and nursing facilities. The staff is cheerful and responsive. Shoutout to PT department. Exceptional. Admin is wonderful as well and responsive to all patient needs. Good work Shadelands. Keep it up.👏👏👏
My experience was exceptional. The facility is spotless,bright and smells fresh. I am sharing my exceptional experience with care team,with special recognition for wound nurse J.J. J.J. provided outstanding treatment and first class dressing for my toe wound which has now fully healed. I am immensely greatful for his compassionate care and professional expertise throughout my treatment. Additionally , I want to express my appreciation to the entire staff, Including all of the nurses -Ethel, Riza, Travis and CNAs- Ariel, Keona, Lydia, Star Lite, Trina, Karen, PT- Mae. Yashvi, Bhargavi, Office Staff- Miss. Nora, Fe, Cristina and every individual involved in my care treated me with the warmth and attentiveness of a family member. I thank you all for your extraordinary service and dedication.
A relative in their 80’s stayed here for a few weeks. The care and communication are LOVELY. The staff are beyond helpful and my family and I could not be happier.
I had a wonderful experience at Shadelands. The PT & OT staff were so helpful in getting me ready to go home, especially Lavina Chawla who helped me build the strength and confidence I needed. Everyone working there were so caring. I really enjoyed the entertainment and activities also.
